St. Pete expansion finally here?

Thanks to Boardgamenews for this article, detailing the cards of the new St. Petersburg expansion.

I like St. Pete a lot, but have played it face-to-face maybe twice? I have played it probably 100 times on brettspielwelt.de. I have been getting beat regularly lately too... Maybe this expansion will give me a better chance online (I doubt it).
