Rick Thornquist, writer of board game news for a long time, has created a new webstite: www.boardgamenews.com that you should check out.

Tom Vasel, Rick Thornquist, Ryan Bretsch, Patrick Korner, Greg Schloesser, Larry Levy, Valerie Putman are writing daily game news along with reviews in a site very much like what I had envisioned for BrettSpielCafe. If you've browsed Chessbase.com, they also have an excellent site focused on chess news and software that I've tried to imitate to a degree as well.
